​Summit Land Group LLC, in association with Carolina Ventures 1 LLC  has successfully closed on phase 1 of their Indian Land  Lancaster County SC residential community called Kinsdale; with Pulte Homes Carolinas LLC in November 2022 

Pulte Homes is scheduled to close on the balance of the project in 4th Quarter 2023 as they begin construction of Phase 1 at this time.

The Kinsdale Residential Community is located in the hottest Charlotte Metro housing market, Indian Land, South Carolina. Summit Land Group focuses on infill opportunities that require Expertise and Experience in solving the puzzle that results in securing full entitlement approvals and full engineering plan approvals ready for builders to start construction in 30 days after closing,
